Service Description
This fee allows you to book services during after hours. You may also be charged if your runs past the normal business hours. Anything leading up to 7pm and after is considered and after hour service.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE ADVISE: 1.Client (purchaser) retainer fee is NON-Refundable if client (purchaser) cancels. Full refund offered if stylist cancels. 2.There will be a 15 minute grace period from start time of original appointment slot. 3.There will be a $40 Late Fee and we reserve the right to cancel said appointment. Please Advise: The booking policy is subject to change and it is important to read and understand the terms before confirming your reservation (appointment).
